Food waste has been an important issue for him since a young age, saving and using everything in his grandmother's kitchen as he grew up. In that same kitchen, he learned the power of food to bring people together and the power it has to build community, individual health, and livelihoods. Developing partnerships and systems to reduce waste and divert food in his business was immediately a priority for his family once they opened their shop. Working towards a circular food economy has since become both a practical business objective and moral imperative at IGA Robson.

https://zwc.ca/speakers/PublishingImages/anthony-sullivan.png, Anthony Sullivan https://zwc.ca/speakers/PublishingImages/anthony-sullivan.png
