Since 1993, he has led the salvage and reuse of materials from over 5,000 buildings across North America, diverting more than 100 million pounds of waste from landfills. Through training programs and consulting, Dave has helped create over 1,000 green-collar jobs and launch more than 100 circular businesses. He also founded the NYC Circular Construction Network, which connects projects across the city to advance material reuse and embodied carbon reduction aligned with emerging circular economy guidelines.</p><br></div>
