As Executive Chef & Culinary Director at the University of British Columbia, David has been a driving force in promoting sustainability through food, inspiring students, faculty, and colleagues to rethink how food systems impact our health, communities, and the planet. His leadership, recognized with the 2018 UBC President’s Staff Award, continues to push UBC toward a more circular and waste-conscious approach to dining and food service.<br></p></div>
