With a PhD in Climate Change and Ecology, Kyla combines deep scientific knowledge with practical leadership to integrate sustainability across all zoo operations. Her diverse background in fisheries research, national conservation programs, and circular economy projects uniquely equips her to champion transformative, zero waste solutions.
