A proud Coast Salish woman of Shíshálh (Sechelt) descent, Rory brings a values-led, community-first approach to her leadership, embedding sustainability, reuse, and resource efficiency into Nuqo’s construction practices. Under her direction, the company champions circular design strategies that reduce waste and extend the life cycle of building materials, while also advancing culturally appropriate, climate-resilient housing solutions. Honoured with the Medal of Good Citizenship from the Province of British Columbia and the Queen’s Jubilee Medal, Rory is widely recognized for her heart-led leadership and advocacy for social and environmental justice across sectors.<br></p></div>
