<div class="ExternalClassDFD771F2E11A49E896CCE46717EDE5DC"><p>Wayne Hubbard is CEO of ReLondon, where he leads efforts to help London’s boroughs reduce waste, improve recycling, and transition to a low-carbon circular economy. A leader in the field since 2014, he oversaw the publication of the world’s first Circular Economy Routemap for a city in 2017. Formerly Head of Waste Policy at the Greater London Authority, Wayne currently serves on the UK Government’s Circular Economy Taskforce, contributing to national strategy and sector roadmaps. He also chairs the Textiles and Clothing Sector Roadmap group and is actively involved in circular economy finance, innovation, and business support. Wayne is a trustee of the Chartered Institution of Wastes Management and the international development organization WasteAid.<br></p></div>
