Cancellation p​olicy

Registration cancellations will not be accepted by phone. All cancellation requests must be submitted by email to ZWC Admin. The following cancellation penalties will apply:

  • Up to September 28, 4:00 p.m.: registration fee will be refunded, less $50 for administration fee
  • From September 29: no refunds will be given
